PATTY ARMANDO
Patty is the owner and founder of 110over70 of Philadelphia, a full service Fitness Company.
Patty has 30 years of experience in the Health and Wellness Industry as well as 22 years in the corporate world.
An experienced Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Patty is certified through ACE, AFAA, and MAD DOGG Athletics.
She was named "Philadelphia's Best Fitness Instructor" by the Philadelphia Daily News.
Patty has appeared on the Morning Show to promote the benefits of Physical Fitness.
She was recognized several times by Philadelphia Inquirer, especially for her "Outstanding In-door Cycling classes".
MARIA LENGAUER
Maria has a BFA from the Philadelphia College of Art and Design and an MAT from the University of the Arts.
She has been a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in the Philadelphia area since 1986.
Maria is certified by AFFA, AAI, and Johnny G Spin.
REBECCA LAWLER
Rebecca - General Manager
A veteran of the United States Coast Guard and a United States Coast Guard Health Promotions Coordinator.
She is a certified Tennis Professional / United States Professional Tennis Association -Professional 1 Rating, and holds an ACE Personal Training Certification and a MAD DOGG Spinning Certification.
Rebecca graduated from The University of Mississippi where she received a full Tennis scholarship and became a three-time Prince Tennis All-American.
ANTHONY MOLINO
Anthony has a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts & Spa Cuisine as well as certifications in ISCA and MAD DOGG Spinning. He has been involved with Personal Training & Group Fitness Instruction for over 10 years.
Anthony is the creator of Food Fitness Nutrition Analysis Program.
He has been the Food & Nutrition Manager at Methodist Hospital for 20 + years.
BOB ANSELMO
Bob is certified through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He has been teaching for over 15 years and enjoys his time spent with clients. His areas of expertise are weight, abdominal and cardio fitness. Bob teaches varying levels with expertise in Step, Strength Training and Low impact Aerobics.
DON MAIORANO
Don has been practicing yoga earnestly since 1983 with SKY Foundation under the direction of Dr. Pratap. The Hatha Style that he practices and teaches is inspired by Swami Kuvalayananda and Swami Sivananda. Don has been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 15 years.
ERIN ZUCCARO
Erin completed an intensive 200-hour interdisciplinary yoga teacher training course in 2008 at Nosara Yoga Institute, Costa Rica. Her emphasis on yogic inquiry, experimental learning, moving meditation, kinesthetic intelligence and self-awakening through personal exploration and creative integration of various styles of yoga.
RUSSELL CARTER
Russell has taught fitness for over 5 years and is Certified through Mad Dogg Athletics. Russell's sports background and passion for fitness has led him to teaching Spinning classes. Russell is one of Philadelphia's finest Spinning instructors.
SUN-MI CHO
Sun-Mi takes an holistic approach to assessing individual's kiniesthetic alignment in order to integrate efficient range of motion in dance. She is with Corps de ballet Opera Company of Philadelphia where she had roles in Madama Butterfly, Masked Ball and Aida. She is also a featured Ballet Instructor for Comcast on Demand.
LAUREN KELLY
Lauren has her BFA in Dance from Shenandoah Conservatory. Certified in the Pilates Method from Power Pilates in NYC since 2005. She is currently a member of the second company of Phildanco, D/2. Join Laren and she will work every major muscle group to strengthen, lengthen, build stamina and improve your overall feeling of well-being.
JADEE KLINGER
Jadee is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher training graduate through Dhyana Teachers training center. Her expertise is teaching Vigorous and Power Yoga Classes. Designing dynamic Vinyasa flow sequences to suit all needs of a wide variety of skill level within each class.
TATIANA LIMA
Tatiana received her Bachelors and Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Tatiana is a certified cycling instructor through Reebok University and Certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. Tatiana also has a certification in Pharmacology Rehabilitation.
HUGO ARMANDO, JR
Hugo is a 5th Degree Black Belt and 3 time World Champion. He has been devoted to the art for 36 years. His style is Tang Soo Do.
LINDSAY QUELLETTE
Lindsay has been practicing yoga for several years and completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts. Lindsay likes to integrate the Kripalu philosophy of the mind, body and spirit connection within her practice to create an overall improved well-being. Lindsay also received her BFA in Modern Dance Performance from University of the Arts.
ANDY EARL
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va. Andy has experience working in Cardiac Rehabilitation as well as Personal training individuals of all fitness levels.
