A Vicious Cycle
This 75 minute combination class starts in the Spinning Studio then ends in the Main Studio with Core and overall Strength training. Two workouts in one to save time and get results! (Option to take both or just one)!
30/30 Spin & Weight
This class begins with a 30 minute ride followed by a 30 minute strength and conditioning class. This class will leave you feeling strong and empowered!
Spin and GUTS!
A 45 minute spin class followed by 15 minutes of pure ABS! Have the ride of your life and then strengthen and tighten some of the most important muscles in your body, your CORE!
110 Rhythm Spin
A fabulous ride experience! This cycling class is rhythmic riding to the music. In and out of the saddle work to heart pumping music. You'll feel like you rode coast to coast.
Spin, Jump & PUMP!
30 minutes of Spinning followed by a 30 minute interval class with bouts of jump rope and weights! A fun filled hour of cardio-strength training! (Option to take one class or both)
