This is a more dynamic and vigorous class. Through breath-synchronized movements, poses flow from one into another. The benefits of this class include strength, detoxification, mental and physical balance, flexibility, and stamina. Expect to sweat.
Energy Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic physically energizing form of yoga that is characterized by flowing sequencing that are linked to the breath.
Stretch Pilates
This one hour class will focus on traditional stretching while incorporating Pilates exercises to strengthen the core.
Vigorous Vinyasa Yoga
A vigorous more Athletic approach to yoga. Techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath.
DAO IN
Blend of Kundalini yoga and ancient yoga styles based on chakras and chi kung a Chinese Energy Medicine. A flowing yoga style with a blend of hard and soft movements.
Pilate-lastic
A mix of pilates and elastic! You will work on strength, stamina, stability and stretching. The use of Thera-bands will be incorporated.
